REMINDER: Tomorrow night at Retro Games Plus during ConnGo, our Community Manager Peter Skerritt will be revealing the first two guests for RWX17. We have also donated two weekend passes for the ConnGo raffle as well. We hope that you'll come out to the event to check out the cool games and collectibles and maybe add some games to your collections while you're there. If you can't make it, we're going to try to run the announcement here on Facebook Live as it happens.
These two guest announcements will be followed in the coming weeks by many more. We have been furiously working behind the scenes to secure both familiar and new guests for this year's show-- and some are still being worked out currently. In addition, we'll be sharing panel info and other show info here as we're less than 60 days away from the big event. ... See MoreSee Less

In 1990, players across 29 different cities competed for high scores on a special cartridge that combined three very different games, over a span of six minutes and twenty-one seconds. One game featured a flagship character... another was a sprint through traffic and turns... and the final challenge-- should enough time remain on the clock-- was on one of the most popular puzzle games ever made.
Now, at RetroWorld Expo 2017, we are thrilled to announce that attendees will have a chance to compete in this same way for a chance to win the First Annual RetroWorld Championship. While we won't be using *actual* Nintendo World Championships carts-- because they're kind of expensive-- we do have a pair of reproduction carts that will be used for the event.
