Exhibitor Rules & Guidelines

Exhibit Space
Exhibit space is made up of (10’ x 10’) booths, separated by pipe and drape dividers which can be added together to create a larger exhibit space in the circumstance the Exhibitor purchases multiple booth spaces. RetroWorld Expo agrees to provide each individual booth space with the following: one (1) 8’ skirted table and two (2) chairs. Exhibitor agrees not to use any area outside of their designated exhibit space for sales, storage, display, or advertisement, and to be respectful of their neighboring Exhibitors. Exhibitor agrees to keep exhibit space clean and presentable during the Event. Exhibits must remain whole until the event has ended.
Occupying Space
Exhibitors agree to be completely set up by 10am on both days of the show. In the event exhibitor is not set up or does not show up to the event Promoter has the right to fill space. Exhibitors agree to keep their exhibit space attended and open for transactions for entire duration of Show hours. Exhibitor is prohibited from breaking down booth area early prior to show closing. Exhibitors agree to be completely moved out of the venue by 9pm on Sunday.
Items can be left overnight the days of the show. There will be security on staff overnight. RetroWorld, LLC takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen: it is up to Exhibitors to carry insurance for their goods.
Prohibited Items
Absolutely no nudity or pornographic material may be sold or displayed at this event. Sale of weapons is strictly prohibited. All exhibitors agree to not sell any items that violate U.S. copyright law. All exhibitors agree to only sell items that are within their legal right to sell and to the best of their knowledge. At our discretion RetroWorld, LLC does not permit the sale of “BOOTLEG” or unauthorized merchandise at our shows.
Taxes/Permits
Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of Sales Tax related to merchandise sold at their exhibit space, and shall obtain any licenses, permits, identification numbers, or approvals under federal or local law applicable to its activities during the Event at its sole expense
Liability
Exhibitors agree they will not damage any equipment, furnishings, or property owned by other Exhibitors, RetroWorld, LLC or the Venue. If any damage is caused, by Exhibitor, Exhibitor will be responsible for any costs. In addition Exhibitors shall keep their booths clean and orderly at all times and shall not engage in any activity which would unduly interfere with visitors or other exhibitors, or would be in violation of law, regulations, or ordinances. Further, exhibitors shall take all necessary precautions for the safety of their personnel, other exhibitors and all other persons upon the premises, and shall comply with all applicable provisions of federal, state and municipal safety laws, building codes, and ordinances to prevent accidents and injuries
Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold the RetroWorld Expo (RetroWorld, LLC) and the Convention and all their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to person or property, governmental charges and or fines and attorney fees arising out of or caused by exhibitors installation, removal, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof.
RetroWorld, LLC reserves the right to remove exhibitor should they deem the exhibitors conduct harmful in any way to any staff, attendees, or exhibitors. Refund will be given at RetroWorld, LLC’s discretion.
