Masks WILL be required at our 2021 show.  Our number one goal, in conjunction with the Connecticut Convention Center, is to provide a safe event for attendees and exhibitors. We will follow all CDC and State of Connecticut recommended protocols in regards to any mandates required to host a safe event.

Currently the State of Connecticut is allowing for the hosting of indoor events after September 1, 2021 with no restrictions on attendance at this time.

The Connecticut Convention Center has announced that it has achieved Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation, the gold standard for prepared facilities. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, the Connecticut Convention Center has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention in its facility.  As of August 2021 several cities and counties throughout Connecticut have mandated masks to be worn indoors for the vaccinated and unvaccinated.  As of now Hartford, CT is one of those cities.  While we are unsure of what the town\state will require at the time of the show, we have decided to take the precaution for all our patrons and we will require masks for our 2021 show.

We have limited some of our events and are still in the planning process of which specific events will take place.

If you purchased tickets or an exhibitor booth to the 2020 show they will automatically transfer to the 2021 show.

In the event that the 2021 show is cancelled we will offer full refunds on tickets and exhibitor booths if requested otherwise they will transfer to a 2022 show.

HOW DO ATTENDEES AND VENDORS RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE 2020 SHOW?  Date change notifications were sent out in 2020 and again earlier this year.  The refund period has ended as of 5/6/21.

CAN I TRANSFER MY ADMISSION 2020 TICKET OR VENDOR TABLE TO NEXT YEAR? This was automatically done unless a cancellation was requested prior to 5/6/21.

WHEN WILL THE EVENT HAPPEN THIS YEAR? The 2021 date will be November 6th-7th.

WHAT ABOUT 2020 HOTEL CANCELLATIONS? 2020 Hotel reservations should have been automatically canceled by the hotel you selected.  You should receive an email cancellation notice.  If you do not, reach out to your respective hotel for resolution.  New reservations will be needed if your looking for a hotel for the Nov 6-7 2021 show.
